How To Play The Who Won The 2020 Election Drinking Game
This party drinking game is all about reacting to those wild moments that made the 2020 election unforgettable—and adding your own viral drinking game twist.
Step 1: Set Up The Stream for Your Party Drinking Game
Cue up a “2020 election highlights” or “funniest election memes” video. If you’re feeling extra, print out some meme cards or use Drinking Dojo’s meme drinking games pack for bonus challenges.
Step 2: Decide Your Sips and Drinking Challenges
Pick your drink—beer, cider, gin, whatever floats your ballot box. Everyone needs a full glass to start.
Step 3: Rules For The Drinking Game
Every time you spot one of these classic election moments, you drink. Here’s what to look for:
- Someone says “mail-in ballots”: One sip
- A candidate interrupts: Two sips
- A meme-worthy face is made: Three sips
- Anyone mentions “fake news” or “rigged”: Take a dare challenge from the pack or our custom builder
- A crowd chants anything: Everyone drinks
Want to go wild? Toss in some NSFW dares or try an election day drinking game pack for extra chaos.
Step 4: Add Dare Challenges to Amplify the Fun
Whenever a viral meme appears (think fly-on-the-head moments or “will you shut up, man”), the group votes for someone to pick a dare challenge. Drinking Dojo’s NSFW dares and meme drinking games keep the energy high and the laughs rolling.
Step 5: Call The Winner and Celebrate
At the end of the video or round, whoever’s taken the most sips gets crowned “Commander in Chief”—and picks a wild dare for the runner-up. Or flip it—let the least tipsy player call the next viral drinking game to keep things fresh.
